Le Marais district is a charming and trendy area, combining old world charm with modern creativity. The apartment has a dining area, microwave, and a French architect's touch. Cons: Oh, just the fact that my luggages didn't unpack themselves! Haha!

I recently stayed at Livinparis in Le Marais for a family trip. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay, including nearby shops, restaurants, and even hospital information. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Paris standards, and the bottle of red wine as a welcome gift was a nice touch. The apartment was beautiful and cozy, perfect for our group of adults and children. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and great dining options nearby. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Paris.

Pleasant: I loved being surrounded by trendy charm in Le Marais, and having the entire apartment to myself. The dining area and seating area were great, but who needs essentials like paper towel, garbage bags, or a functioning corkscrew anyways?. Exceptional: This apartment was a peaceful refuge in the middle of Paris. It was spacious with two bathrooms for our large group, and the hostess was lovely. Plus, we didn't mind the miscommunication or the surprise $500 hold on our account. Great: The flat was nicely decorated and spacious, but who needs air conditioning when you have fans? The walk to the train station was convenient, and the owner was kind enough to let us check in early. No complaints, really. Exceptional: The location was excellent, the flat was beautifully renovated, and there were two bathrooms each with its own shower. Sonia was helpful and welcoming. No A/C? No problem, it's Europe after all.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The location was excellent, with easy access to Paris Est and a short walk to the main hop-on/hop-off bus stop. The size of the apartment was perfect for our large group, with comfortable beds and two bathrooms. We also appreciated the nice touch of complimentary red wine and having a dishwasher to make our stay more convenient.

We found some areas for improvement during our stay. The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the freezer and fridge doors needed fixing.

Recently renovated, well-equipped rooms. Tasteful decor with plenty of space. Two bathrooms each with its own shower. Helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent location near bars, restaurants, and shops with easy access to public transportation.

Spacious rooms, open living area, large windows, well-equipped kitchen, and provided espresso capsules for delicious coffee. Clean bathrooms with a homey feel. Great location near Paris Est and within walking distance to a hop on/off bus stop. Nice Italian restaurant across the street and tasty breakfast nearby.

My stay at Livinparis - Luxury 3 Bedrooms Le Marais I was fantastic! The location in the Marais area was excellent, allowing me to easily explore and enjoy Paris. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. The walk-in storage by the front door was a great feature, providing a convenient space for coats and suitcases. Additionally, the friendly host was extremely helpful, explaining everything and even providing recommendations for nearby shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The big windows overlooking the courtyard allowed plenty of natural light into the space. The beds were comfortable, the shower had nice water pressure, and the living room sofas were also very comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults and found the apartment to be the perfect size. The location in the Marais area was great, with the metro station just 2 minutes away and the train station also within close proximity. There were plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. we had a wonderful experience.
